Well, in other cases, it would cause users to notice them more. No it wouldn't. And we're not even sure if people read the rules. It saves bandwidth having so many threads. And another topic that definatly needs un-pinning is The most shameful of plugs. Its a broken link from photobucket Aw, but it made me laugh. If VMag ever comes back I'll ask him to repost it.

I just had the good sense to reorganize my Photobucket one night or two, a very wise decision must I add. One of these days I'll get off my lazy butt and contact Recon about fixing it In case you never got to enjoy it

Yeah I’m back. Hi, sup, etc. I just have a few observations to make. Not that I expect anything revolutionary or anything to happen, but I thought I’d give you something to think about. First off, why do we even need the Pokémon-X Role Play forum? It’s been dead for a few years and the only reason it still gets posts is from the nu/b/reed who don’t know what’s going on. I really doubt the active users here are from the mjc era and that’s when the Role Play was the most useful. Now, it serves no purpose and I seriously doubt there will be a revival. Second, in addition to balance out the loss of the Role Play forum, we might as well create either a debate forum or forum games forum. No, I’m not really into forum games much anymore, as most of them are temporary, non-contributory, or boring. But I would rather have a place on the forum where forum games could be dumped rather than seeing it clog up GD. Better yet, do it in the Spam Lounge because it seems unorganized. Better better yet, take all forum games and spam lounge to its separate forum and disable post count increases if Proboards allows it. Lastly, Contests. Let’s do another. Welcome back, Chaoman! You have many interesting ideas, as usual. I don't know anything about Role Plays, so I agree with you, we could lose them. As for forum games, I think they should remain in the General Discussion. I think it would be pointless to make a new forum area just for them. General Discussion is good enough. And I definitely don't want post count increases disabled in the Spam Lounge. The only reason anyone posts in the Spam Lounge is to increase their post count, so if it was disabled, Spam Lounge would die like any old forum game, and I do not wish that to happen. And I think too that we need more Contests. But you're right, Recon and BAM are inactive, so new Contests are very unlikely to happen soon.

Co-mod as in bigbboy1234? Yeah, a lot of the mods have been somewhat inactive like me. Staff changes I don't mind because they don't have much power (so it's not going to be some dictatorship).
Also hi SJ.

I think I'll PM Recon and ask if he could make you a Co-Moderator, Chaoman. You deserve it.

I think you would make a much better Co-Moderator than Bigboy1234. 'Preciate the sentiment. Some of the vets might not like it simply because bigbboy is a friend as has been an "original mod". I might be more active if I was but Iunno. =|

I could PM him, but I want to have him find this on his own time. I'm sure the ideas in this thread will give rise so high that it can't be ignored. Hell, if it were up to me, I'd go so far as to go to a vBulletin forum system.
