Ok this is something funny I found circling myspace:
President Bush, First Lady Laura and Dick Cheney were flying on Air Force One. George looked at Laura, chuckled and said, "You know, I could throw a $1,000 bill out of the window right now and make somebody very happy."
Laura shrugged her shoulders and replied, "I could throw ten $100 bills out of the window and make ten people very happy."
Cheney added, "That being the case, I could throw one hundred $10 bills out of the window and make a hundred people very happy."
Hearing their exchange, the pilot rolled his eyes and said to his co-pilot, "Such big-shots back there. crap, I could throw all of them out of the window and make 56 million people very happy."

It's not from MySpace. If you had bothered to read my post, you'd have seen that this same joke was made about the Clintons. And MySpace didn't exist back then. This is just another typically unoriginal MySpacer using someone else's joke.

Clinton was the president from 1994-2000. It's 2006. Anything referenced to Clinton's presidency is not recent.

well, didn't know that, I'd never heard the joke before so I thought I'd share >_> There. That's still incorrect. It should read one of two following ways: Well, I didn't know that. I'd never heard the joke before, so I thought I'd share. >_> Well, I didn't know that; I'd never heard the joke before, so I thought I'd share. >_> If you're going to play grammar police, do it right.

Who said I was playin' grammar police? My goal was to translate it well enough to be read while only using minimum adjustments which I believe was accomplished.

Sorry, but if you correct any grammar, your end result needs to be correct.
