Hey, everyone. I'm in an Internet cafe in China right now. Xian to be exact. I figured I'd post a little update about what I've done and where I've been.
So far I've been to Hawaii, where I met a cousin of mine that I hadn't seen in 16 years; Japan, where I had a crazy first day, went to Mt. Fuji, and saw Hiroshima; and China, where I've climbed the Great Wall, saw the Terra Cota Warriors, Tienanmen Square, the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace, the Temple of Heaven, and bargained at the Silk Market.
That's all for now. I'll update this and also change the title the next time that I get the chance.
Until then, see ya.

Prepare to be even more jealous
In Vietnam, me and two friends toured Ho Chi Min City on the first day and flew to Hanoi on the second day where we bought some stuff at a market. We then took a bus to what we thought was Hao Long Bay. However, the farthest we could go on the bus was some province. We were planning on renting out a hostel, but as we were riding the bus, we ended up entertaining random people and one invited us to spend the night with him and his family.
We accepted and they fed us and housed us for the night. To make things even better, their neighbor is a tour guide and got us a personal driver and guide to show us around Hao Long Bay. Our timing for everything was perfect. In every boat we rented, evry place we toured, and every restaraunt we ate at we were the only people. We had pretty much everything to ourselves and the food was great.
When we got back to Hanoi, I ate some squid, oyster, cow brains, and a very tasty flavor of ice cream called taro passion. The next day we went to a place called the ceramic village where lots of ceramic items are sold. We met a girl who volunteered to show us around and get her uncle to taxi us around the city. We saw the first high school ever in Vietnam, a theater, a museum about the history of Vietnam, and the tomb Ho Chi Minh.
Right now I am in Thailand and so far have been canoing through caves. More to come next time.
Updates will come when I can.

Since I last posted, I've gone on a jungle hike and saw monkeys, rode an elephant and got rained on, and did more canoing where a snake slithered close to our boat from a branch. I also got this beautiful tailor-made tux for the equivalent of $250. I went to an amazing zoo that had an albino deer that (I am not making this up) barks. I'm doing India now and it feels great. For India, I decided to do it all by my lonesome and, apart from the god-awful air quality, it has been the best time I've had so far and I haven't even seen the Taj Mahal yet. I will be doing that tomorrow, though. Along with the Agra Fortress and the Baby Taj. I did get a chance to see the worlds largest Banyan tree and I got a cashmere rug for about $50. I never want these countries to fully modernize. If they did, the exchange rate would suck. Lance: I'm doing Semester at Sea. It's a study abroad program for undergraduates. If you've already graduated, you can come on as something called a Life Long Learner. Their site is www.sas.com or just google it. If you guys do decide to do this, my suggestion is to do every country independently. I.E. don't do any trips organized through the ship itself. The only exception is if you want to do something like an orphanage visit or a home-stay (that's when you stay in a native's house for the time that you are in the country) or anything else like that you absolutely could not do on your own. People who travel the country independently with others always have the best stories, can see all the same sites for cheaper, get better rates on hotels/hostels, and spend much more time at the sites. More to come next time I post.
