Thanks again, everyone. Wait... Is this some actual fan art? Does... not... compute... *entire world implodes* Well, I hope you're proud of yourself now missy. But seriously, that's pretty good. The legs are too short, though. Yeah, I was looking through the threads and I'm going "Wow...this place could use some more fan art." And, um...I thought hyenas were supposed to have short legs?

I always thought Poocheyna\Mightyena were dogs.
That's why I like them so much, I have an everlasting soft spot for Dogs..and Cats for that matter too. I can be easily maniupulated through that. that trait of mine is my only mortal enemy...
....besides the Blue Screen of Death.

Reubo did an AWFUL job at being overcritical.
My Nice Review: Looks awesome. 5/5
Overcritical: The shading's messed up, coming from both the left and the right. The legs are a bit short, and the outline's jagged. I'm not sure whether or not the last one was on purpose, but I don't think it contributes to the picture very well. 3.5/5
My 'real' review: A few mistakes but it looks great nonetheless, I give it a solid 4/5

...Can't really argue with that. I'd rather get overcritical comments on my art; it helps me improve.

And, um...I thought hyenas were supposed to have short legs? Maybe they are, but Mightyena isn't a hyena. Not to mention that there's plenty of official art to use as reference: Compare this to your art, and you can see how your legs are a bit too short. [Here comes the part where a bunch of idiots flame me for the above, even though it was stated that being overcritical was a good thing because it helps to improve.]

Wow, that's just awesome. I don't claim to know anything about art. I can't draw anything anywhere near that good. It's nice to see some fan art in the place, and that's good enough for me. I suppose the legs are a bit short, but otherwise it's pretty nice.

Maybe they are, but Mightyena isn't a hyena. Oh, but it is. I wasn't talking about its classification, if that's what you were thinking. The classification only tells you what kind of Pokemon it is, not what animal/object it's based on/named after. Mightyena, for example, ends with "yena," which is the first clue. It looks very much like a hyena, which is the second clue. Charmander and its evolutions are also good examples. They're all named after reptiles...Well, okay, Charmander is named after an amphibian, but you get the idea. Charmander = salamander, Charmeleon = chameleon, Charizard = lizard. Not all Pokemon are based on/named after animals/objects, however. A lot of them were purely made up, like Lickitung. I know this doesn't make up for the whole "short legs" thing; I just wanted to make it clear that Mightyena is, in fact, a hyena. [Here comes the part where a bunch of idiots flame me for the above, even though it was stated that being overcritical was a good thing because it helps to improve.] Nah, we love you, Mjc...except DC, apparently. Anyway, you can see some of my other art here. I'd rather not post my art in this thread, since it isn't related to Pokemon-X and would be considered spam. Enjoy...I guess. o.o Edit: I know my banners are huge; I just like them that way.

No offense, but I stopped reading after the part where Charizard is a lizard because his name ends in "izard." Charizard is no lizard. And that would look like Mightyena, if Mightyena went on a hunger strike.
