This is the topic to rant about annoying things that have happened to you in battle. This one happens to me all the time, and it really really pisses me off. I'll be fighting an enemy, and neither one of us has a type advantage over the other, so we just keep beating on each other and doing about 1/5th to 1/6th of damage to each other. Finally, I get the enemy down to the red, and my next attack will KO it. I launch the attack, and the pissant little game has to announce "CRITICAL HIT!!" ... You stupid fucker! Why is it a critical hit now, when it doesn't matter?! Where the frick was my critical hit before, at the start of the battle where it would have meant something? To the dumb frick who programmed the critical hit program, I present the Dumbass Award. Here is your badge; wear it proudly, for you are a true dumbass:

... You wanna stay on topic instead of spamming up all the threads like you did when you joined? I don't care if you want to play "spam the board" with harr and pokegirl, stay on topic.

Ok before those past comments create a whole tangent of spamming and flaming I'm going to get back on topic.
The most annoying for me is when your down to you're last guy and you're making a come back. Through one way or another, you're tearing through his guys. Then, suddenly, you miss one crucial attack on his last guy and you loose the game.

You know what I hate, those annoying Full Restores. I hate when I am taking on an elite four member and I'll have one of his/her pokemon down in the red then all of a sudden "(insert most hated elite four member name here) used Full Restore." It just irks me like no ones business.
Second most annoying situation was when my sister was playing me in a linked battle and she knew she was going to lose so she gets me to turn my head for a second and then she pops the batteries out of my Game Boy. It may not be quite a battle situation but its related enough that it counts. I got back at her though by glitching her game using a missingno in the link arena.

- Use a stat boosting move, like Calm Mind

Just plain having people hax win on me sucks major donkey arse.
Well, I have a very inrtersting battle log form netabttle. I'd post it but it would be too long...when we were at our last pokemon my opponent and I decided to make the game as long as we could for fun.
We got to 338 turns.
At first it was funny, bt around turn #250 it started to get REALLY annoying. Like super-annoying. Ugggggggghhhhhhh
Lapras used struggle! 9% damage Claydol used struggle! 9% damage
Lapras' leftovers restored health! Claydol's leftovers restored health!
Lapras: 97% HP Claydol: 97% HP
Banov: This is going to be a loooooooong battle.
Actually, long battles in general are really annoying. Miltank VS Regice in battle tower..... o m f g that took foreeeeeveeeeeer >.<

The first time that you play a person and they unleash some uber baton bass strategy.

yeah, baton pass teams are hard to counter if you don't expect them.
3 common BP starters to help you: 1) Smeargle - For the quick Spore/Ingrain/BP 2) Ninjask - In hopes that they'll let you pass, thinkign that this will pass to some easily-countered sweeper 3) Umbreon - The easiest to spot since umbreon is rarely a lead-off pokemon. This is generally used to start off a trickband combo.

Now I know why lots of people hate my Umbreon. He holds his own quite well as a tank pokemon.

Take your net battle crap OUT of my topic, Banov. This is for REAL Pokémon battles only.

And anyway mjc, battles in netabttle are battles, and if you can't deal with that fact then I'm sorry, but this is for talking about battles and that's just what I'm going to do.

Another annoying battle situation: When you know the next move is going to be explosion but you don't have a ghost pokemon with you.
