Okay... looks like they are actually taking it pretty seriously! I really like the art style, its a bit like Avatar but the animation looks a bit more fluid then that... I'm totally up for it!

Erm- no, I did not realize it was a crossover. I just thought it was another picture of humanized ponies in an anime style (which is far more common than you might expect.) And I don't have anything against short skirts, but there is such a thing as too much of a good thing. When EVERY CHARACTER is wearing a short skirt it doesn't mean anything anymore. It's like being perpetually surounded by beautiful women (I've heard this complaint from people in Sweden): Sure, it's fantastic at first. But when everyone is beautiful, it just gets boring. It becomes the norm. Also, it just makes them look like a Mary Sue. Your argument doesn't make sense to me, even without the sailor moon crossover, it is still apparent that they are wearing a type of uniform that is themed to look a certain way. Also loses meaning? Really now? What meaning should it have? Its a skirt for crying out loud, its like criticizing a group of people for all wearing jeans... Its clothing... And finally... Do you know what a Mary Sue is? I can tell you one thing it has nothing to do with skirts and has everything to do with poorly written fan characters, Mary Sue isn't an artistic concept its a literary one...

rick: People who draw anime-style do know there isn't a length maximum on skirts, right? Also that Luna is possibly the farthest it could be from my idea of a humanized Luna without being a man. Wow do you like not get the crossover at all? And whats wrong with short skirts? Seriously, your comment is just... ugh.... >_>
