I wish Rocky would talk in front of May and Wally and everyone else like Meowth. Being able to talk hasn't caused Meowth any problems. He hasn't been "disected for experiments" like Rocky thinks. pokemonx.comicgenesis.com/d/20060612.htmlHe really does need more lines. |

Yes, but Meowth knows how to talk because he learned how to read and speak English (or Japanese, depending where you are) whereas since Rocky has the Pokerus, he actually carries the risk of experimentation due to furthering research on the Pokerus.

But the coloring of Rocky would have tipped Prof. Birch off, that something is up with Rocky. I dont think Rocky has anything to worry about with Birch.
