I read the first 15 and then the latest 5 or so, because 150 is a lot to read in one sitting @__@
Your comic has been going on for a long time, and it's commendable that you've stuck with it for so long. The improvement from comic to comic's been minimal, though. The last few aren't much better than the first bunch, which is a little shocking seeing as they're more than 100 comics apart.
One thing in particular I did like were the jokes about the stereotype girl trainer in the first bunch of comics, though.

I see I never really saw much to improve on other than impression smoothness, timing, and writing Is there anything I've missed out and should improve on?

Writing, mostly. Your characters are exactly the same as they were in the first comics. And the entire thing has little to no cohesiveness; they seem to be completely driven by the need to make a punch line at the end of a comic. The main characters do nothing but work against each other; shouldn't they have sorted out their differences by now? Or at least tried to? Constant, pointless slapstick gets old.

... That is the best advice I've been given yet. Not that I've been given much The punchline isn't as important as character development, and everyone hating eachother gets old. And I could probably fit in both

Well, he IS the great author of BAPA and other literature, so his word is probably valid.
