I didn't see that episode, but yeah, it did.
Where is everyone?! Seems like nobody is posting anywhere anymore... Recon must be busy, since he hasn't fixed that wrong-colored beam yet...
And I think I know what May is gonna do with a Wingull. Let's see, um...
1. She's gonna use it in battles.
2. She's gonna evolve it into Pelipper to help her father's Pokédex research.
3. She's gonna teach it Fly (and maybe Surf too).
4. She's gonna Fly on it (and maybe Surf on it too).
5. She's gonna feed it Pokéblocks to improve its contest condition.
6. She's gonna win contests with it.
7. She's gonna give it lots of love and caring.
8. She's gonna use it as a fan.
9. She's gonna put useless junk into its beak when her Bag gets full.
10. She's gonna take over the world with it.

wingull has only been in 1 battle so I guess it must be at a very weak level right?

I don't know... It lost easily to Magneton, but that doesn't mean it's at weak level. Brendan caught it at sea, so it could even be over level 20... There are stronger Wingull at the sea than in the tall grass. It's good to see that Recon fixed the color of the beam.  |

Still, Wingull themseleves are pretty weak. Just wait till it evolves.

Finally the comic updated! The gang can't find a Pokémon Center, but I think it'd be good for them to sleep in the woods and hunt for their own food...
Unless they get dinner in that nice lady's rest shop, where she heals all their pokémon and lets them sleep there for free.

No, I don't think she will. She's just concerned that your pokémon won't get enough rest even if she heals them FOR MILLION FRICKIN' TIMES!
She may be a bit senile... But still, the gang really needs food and rest, so she's the best help they could possibly have in the middle of nowhere.
