thats true, AWESOME ROCKS =D I wonder... when the time comes, who is gonna get each legendary... i think May= Kyogre, Brendan= Groudon and obviously Wally= Rayquaza

Yes, another complete stranger to give Brendan free stuff! Poor kid... Someone should equip all people in Hoenn with sunglasses. I wonder who would be able to do that?  Anyway, it's good that now Brendan can make his very own Secret Base and decorate it with bricks and tables and Mudkip dolls. Many, many Mudkip dolls. And no matter where he makes his Base, that kid in Mossdeep always finds it! Always! That kid must have some god-like powers... Maybe him and Recon are related... |

BLASPHEMY! No one can compare to Recon. The free stuff is awesome one of the best parts of pokemon, the people are so generous. And that kid is probably a stalker thats all. Or he can have his SBI (Secret Base Investigators) find them for him. I wonder what he is gonna do in there?

I didn't compare that kid to Recon. But you could be right, maybe the kid is the leader of some secret organization whose goal is to find and conquer all the Secret Bases.
What the hell are they gonna do with them, is still a mystery.

They've been seen talking to him and wishing him a happy birthday in various panels and strips. If they don't, then it's because of that Men In Black style mind-eraser or whatever, as seen in the third strip. Yes, I dug around the comic page itself looking for this stuff. Sue me. |

Well, if they gave anyone anything, that'd mean they'd have less cool stuff to play with.  And they can always sell the useless items. are you sure they are aware of the god like recon? I don't think they are. All those birthday and holiday comics are out of the storyline continuity. They break the fourth wall in those, but in all the other comics they don't know anything about him or the fact that they're comic characters. Remember when they didn't recognize Recon when he ran out of the Devon Corp? That's a good example. |
