I wasn't open for request yet, actually. However, your idea sounds like it'd be a nice challenge for me. I rarely draw city backgrounds, but I just might give it a shot this time. I've only drawn Mewtwo once before in a crappy one-page comic where he was OHKO'd by Jupiter. I've never liked that comic much, and Mewtwo looked horrible in it, so I could try drawing him again in an epic battle picture where he really shows what he's made of. Also, I have never drawn Genesect before, so that's another reason to give it a try. ... OK, I'll do it. And I think I'll take a few more requests as well, while I'm at it. OPEN FOR REQUEST.You know the rules: Only Pokémon-related stuff, nothing too mature, nothing too stupid, no comics. 1. Goomane's Scott arm wrestling a Blaziken 2. hmm... I have a weird request because I am leaving soon for college and am nervous. Could you do a squirtle/typhlosion/charizard/pikachu (choose whichever one or multiple) and have them entering school for the first time?
I know I will have a better request but that is what came to my head for now ^_^

Certainly I can do that. Are we talking about those Pokémon entering college like you, or some other school?
You know what, I think I'll draw them going to elementary school. I have a feeling that drawing them as little kids could be fun.

Nice, now here is my request.
If you remember in my sprite comic, the first time Tom the Cyndaquil used Dig, then that is pretty much it.
Here are things to remember:
-Tom must be using it on Elekid
-Squirtle and Treeko are knocked out.
-Elekid and Magby have purple eyes.
-The woods are on fire.

...but Blaziken's head feathers are rather distracting. Are they supposed to be that long?

At least they are that long in the reference pictures I used when I drew your request. Here's your request, Antihero!  I can't believe I was able to finish this today. I thought that making the background would take a lot longer! Well, I didn't do it very neatly and carefully, as I'm sure you can see - it's very crude. I didn't fuss with the details at all. Castelia City is such a difficult background to make, so I didn't stress myself. At first I drew both Mewtwo and Genesect twice as big, but then I realized I had to shrink them down. For once I think that resizing Pokémon didn't make them look worse. I hope you agree. Mewtwo is using Psystrike and Genesect is using Techno Blast, in case you're wondering. Tell me what you think. Giovanni doesn't remember Mewtwo exists anymore, and Nintendo hasn't officially released Genesect yet, so we probably won't see it in the anime or movies for a long time. Not to mention that it's highly likely that the battle of Rocket and Plasma will happen in Nimbasa City instead of Castelia City. |
