Open-ended MMO's don't have stories. They just have lots and lots of quests.

Anybody who thinks the actual comics should have animations probably don't know how it works.

Since it's not Photoshop, the only true format that could be used is a GIF file, and those suck because thy have a limited color selection, meaning that the comics wouldn't look as high-quality.

It also means that there would be more work involved, and seriously? Where would we need to use animations and why? If anything, the music should come back, not additional useless features like animations. You can only do so much with a SPRITE comic. Be mindful that this isn't a Pixar-made comic.
