Double battles? Wow, that changes everything. Ok here is a different site for double battle teams. www.psypokes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=718The first post is just a double battle guide, 411 and crap, scroll down to the 2nd post and also the 4th post to see good teams. I'll need some time (that I don't have right now) to access my double battle teams for net battle to show what I use.

It's where I got my fet+perish song combo. The Slaking+Skill Swap one I made up before I saw that site. Oh man, did you guys ever hate those moves on net battle.

Wobbufet and a good perish songer (Lapras and a celebi with Giga Drain, leech seed, Recover, and Perish Song) are a good opening duo.
Another one I used to use, which may fit your style more, is Groudon and a charizard. Groudon: Solar Beam-Eruption-Rock Slide-EQ Charizard: Sunny Day-Rock Slide-Heat Wave-EQ/Dragon Claw
Basically, the plan there is hit both opponents hard and fast. Sunny Day on charizard is incase they change the weather on you.

that sounds like a good combo the only problem I have is trying to get a charizard with heat wave, it i not a egg move. I only know that he is supposidly learns it on his own. I think I might consider this combo, but the only bad thing about it is that it is weak against water, and kyrogre will mow right through it
Edit: why must they make his def so annoying.

To get a charizard to have Heat Wave, you need to take it to the island with the guy who helps pokemon remember old moves. This only works in FR and LG.

really, I thought that only works on moves that they already learned
time to go mushroom hunting

I mushroom hunted by getting an alakasam to know trick and kept using it on wild paras in mt. moon. Either that or spend a half hour in the safari zone.

well luck is going my way so far, I caught Zaptos with a modest nature and the only 2 paras I caught both had tiny mushrooms.
I so wished they made a speedy way to play these games like they did in stadium with the dotrio gameboy
