Anyone else wonder why Concordia and Anthea (the two girls in the castle) have unique sprites when they do absolutely nothing? Maybe they'll be expanded upon in Gray.

It's because they're in the opening cinematic! Since they had distinct appearances in the opening movie, they had to have unique sprites in game! /notentirelyseriousexplanation

Clearly, they're N's bitches and so they got their own sprites because N asked GameFreak to do them a little favor.

I know it's passed the 25th but Spoiler warning anyway!
So, I defeated the Pokemon League last night. Casey, my level 50 Scrafty pretty much solo'd all four of them without effort. No wonder, N had no problem. And so I reach Alder and then Plasma Castle rises from the ground, etc, etc, EPIC SCENE WITH ALL THE GYM LEADERS(except the monkey lamehead guys but they don't deserve to be in that scene anyway.), etc, etc N is actually AUTISM or something, etc, etc, Zekrom appears, I catch him and use it in the battle against N and it was still slightly challenging, but I won. Ghestis or whatever, etc etc I WIN THE GAME FOREVER! YAAAY. So then I check my play time and I notice I've spent decent time so I decide to head to White Forest. I avoid most trainers on Route 16, cross Marvelous Bridge, avoid all trainers on Route 15...except one. There's a Hiker just standing there near the gate into White Forest. He's not even facing the right way. He's pointed AT the gate and you'd have to intentionally walk in front of him to start the battle. I decided "Eh, what the heck, I am THE GOD DAMN CHAMPION OF UNOVA!" and challenge him to a battle.
He proceeds to SPEAK IN TONGUES and sends out a level 63 Hippowdon.
Casey tries its best but ultimately falls to Earthquake. Tradicans, my Serperior picked up the KO thankfully.
He sends out a level 63 Gligar.
Tradicans attempts to Leech Seed. It misses. Gligar uses Swords Dance. Tradican attempts another Leech Seed. It misses. Gligar uses Swords Dance. Tradicans uses Giga Drain. It doesn't even do a quarter of it's health. Gligar uses Swords Dance. Tradicans uses Slam. It does even LESS damage.
Gligar uses X-Scissors.
Tradicans is OHKO'd.
Annoyed, but unfazed, I send out Pog, my Eelektrik.(GLIGAR IS FLYING TYPE RIGHT?!) Gligar uses Swords Dance. Pog attempts Thundershock. Gligar is unaffected.(OH RIGHT. PART GROUND HAHAHA.) Gligar uses Acrobatics. Despite being resistant, poor Pog didn't stand a chance.
It pains me to retell the rest of this story and I feel I do not need to say more...other than...this is the story of how the rise and fall of Unova's newest hero and champion. Crushed by a crazy spanish speaking Hiker's Gligar on the way to White Forest.

Loooooool. ;D
Luckily it wasn't a Gliscor! You would have had to catch some new pokémon to replace the corpses.

Played a random matchup today.
It was the most glorious battle I have ever had.
Uploaded to Battle Videos.

Watch the whole thing. You will not regret it.

The elite four in this generation were certainly very neutered compared to elites of the past. I guess I can kind of understand why, what with the pretty big chunk of plot after the fact. Even then though, you get to heal.
I'm glad they at least get way harder the 2nd pass to make up for it.

I got Alan to level 100 yesterday. I'll try to get the rest of my main team to level 100 by tomorrow.

Blagh, anyone want Genesect? It's 1,000% hacked, but I've got 4 and I intended on releasing them, but I figured you guys might be able to use them for your Pokedex.
They would actually pass a legitimacy test(When Genesect is actually distributed.) if it wasn't for a single flaw. The capture date is apparently 3/16/2011 which of course is impossible because no one should have Genesect yet. Asides from that, everything about them is "legit".

Oh if anyone has any trade requests I'm basically swimming in starters from all generations. Currently I've got a hunch of chimchars that need homes, but I cam breed whatever starter people want, complete with natures. Not gonna breed IVs though, too much effort. Mostly I'm running around marvelous bridge to farm wings while hatching eggs.
Also I've got many many ralts that need good homes. Feel free to pm me about it with your friend code. I'll also pm mine back. (Or you can check page 1 of my thread in general discussion.)
Poor swannas, I've had my magcargo rockslide many, while holding lucky egg just so I could feed exp to those chimchars, just to be disappointed by their IVs...

Hmm, running Marvelous bridge is a pretty good idea. I've been trying to Masuda Method a shiny Stunfisk.
Yes, you read that right. Stunfisk.
