Oh, I agree. I don't want the Happy/Hate threads closed either. If you just thought about what you're going to post before doing it, especially if it has something to do with YouTube videos, games, anime or manga, you should post it in the proper thread and therefore save those threads from dying. And if something that you like or hate is big news, nothing's going to stop you from making a new thread - that might bring more activity to the Forums.

Being in a group for a project in which several key bits of info for a project weren't elaborated upon well or in a confusing manner by the prof., one or two members have been missing from each meeting, and going through a lot more trouble than necessary doing my part (esentially data book-keeping) because of some of the previously mentioned info and a combination of missing/incorrect info from team members.
... November is quickly becoming a month I detest. -_-
