It is a bit of a silly rule though. All it does is narrow down post to "Good comic Recon!" or "I laughed at X panel. lol"
Thats all I'm saying though.

Would it be an idea to have a separate speculation thread? That way only those who choose to expose themselves to the guesswork of others will have to.
Woo. Green Psyduck. It's a Psyduck and it's green, no less. And it talks. And it's calling Mr freaking Quackers. Awesome.
Custom pallete too...Psyduck's shiny colour is light blue...so...I know what the blue Tauros alludes to, but what's with the green Psyduck?

Wow... I can't wait to see where this going. Missingno, off-colored pokemon, it all seems like he was teleported into a bad comic instead of a good one.
Recon, guessing doesn't spoil it for anyone, as none of us know for sure what is going to happen.

We should be able to guess little things like "Brendan should send out Rocky for this battle" or I bet Breandan goes to the gym now." But not things like "The comic will end when Brendan and Wally finally overcome their diffrences and get together while May writes yaoi fanfiction about them" that will definatly ruin the story, We should be able to guess little things without Recon/mods giving out to us for doing so.
I understand that you get annoyed with us guessing the story but isn't that what you do when you go see a movie, read a book or play through a game?

The last two comics are so weird that I don't know what to say, except... Beefy FTW.

It spoils it when you guys guess right and I have to change things.. You shouldn't change things whether we guess right or wrong. Guessing how a story is going to turn out is half the fun of reading it and also why people pay such close attention to little details. Heck, Lost and Heroes became so popular because of word-of-mouth discussion about what was going to happen. If you make a story that there's no way your audience can guess what's going to happen, you're not very good at story-telling. |
