well its half way through january which means pretty soon the winter lineup of tv shows are about to start up again after Christmas break which seems to me a perfect time to ask everyone what shows they like. it probably won't apply to anyone other than me but if you like any radio shows you can include those too. most of mine are new shows but feel free to include any shows that you like that have finished.
the american shows i like the walking dead, house, supernatural, family guy, american dad, modern family, men of a certain age, craig fergusson (i forget what the late night american talk show he hosts is called), The Daily Show, and mythbusters. theres probably more but nothing springs to mind.
the shows from the uk i like are 8 out of 10 cats, QI, Have I Got News For You, Doctor Who, Hustle, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, The Blame Game, Great Unanswered Questions, Mock the Week and the League of Gentlemen.
the radio shows i listen to on bbc radio ore I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue, The News Quiz, Just a minute, Grest Unanswered Questions (its on the tv and the radio), and Newsjack.
lets see, other than shows from those categories i like Spicks and Specks (on ABC in austrailia) and The Panel (which used to be on Rte in Ireland). i like television as you can see.
don't include spoilers without at least a warning.

Family Guy, Scrubs, pretty much any stand-up comedy, Mythbusters, Cash Cab, Top Gear (The British one. I haven't checked out the new American one yet...)
I'll also watch most anything on Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, Cartoon Network, History Channel, or National Geographic if there isn't anything better on.

I don't watch that much T.V anymore. But I try and watch some quizcoms (Have I Got News For You, QI ect) CSI: Miami and Las Vegas, Criminal Minds and Reeling in the Years, a historical program on RTE. Each episode goes through a year and it tells you all the major events that occurred during that year. It's pretty interesting.
I don't listen to that much radio unless I'm in the car. But I do enjoy the Baz and Lucy Show. It's on on weekend mornings and it helps me get through the dead hours early on a Saturday morning. I only wish there was a podcast so I could listen to the Sunday episodes. I'm never up early enough to listen to it.

Hey Tyciol, please try not to necropost.(Posting in a topic more than a month old) Since this is apparently your first time, and this topic has a potential for discussion I'll leave it be, though.

I never noticed this before, so maybe it was a good thing.
Most comedies. Big Bang Theory and How I Met Your Mother and the like. Really about it, though.

Most of my favorite shows are animes. Nadesico, Evangelion, Casshern Sins, Maze the Megaburst Space, and more recently with this season Freezing.
In terms of Tv shows, the only ones I watch semi often are The Big Bang Theory, Robot Chicken, The Daily Show, The Covert Report, The Universe, and any comedy central special.

I don't really watch a lot of TV - in fact, TV depresses me - but there's nothing like spending all night in an empty office to babysit the telephones instead of aiding the war effort to get me into the hobby.
How I Met Your Mother and Conan are NATURALLY shows that you have to absolutely run to the second they turn on. And I've grown to love Fringe and True Blood.
