www.terrariaonline.com/threads/1-0-5-this-is-some-kind-of-voodoo.31611/www.youtube.com/watch?v=w1EgEnivvkYIn case you're lazy, I'll summarize. -Hardcore mode. When you die in the game, you die...in the game...forever. Permadeath basically. -Alchemy expansion. Make lots of potions. From what I've seen so far there are potions that detect all enemies on screen, even if they're hidden by shadow. Potions that detect all treasure/ore that show pots, chests, and ore on screen, even if they're hidden by shadow. GLOW IN THE DARK POTION, WALK ON WATER LIKE JESUS POTION, and ANTIGRAV POTION. -A few monster changes. Flying enemies no longer enter water, Slimes float in it. Some sort of weird gargoyle thing is gonna be added. -New items! There seems to now be a new weapon type, Spears. They act like Short Swords but have a lot more range and thrust out towards the direction of your mouse. The one in the video is called Dark Lance. A new spell called Dark Scythe, which creates dark blades that stall in the air for a moment before flying at where you aimed it. New kind of arrows called Helfire Arrows that create light and explode when they hit something dealing Explosive Damage(Think Grenades) to EVERYTHING around it. Yourself and your allies included. A new kind of rocket boot that spews blue fire and doesn't seem to drain mana!

I have a feeling that Terraria will become basically a new game very time an update happens. It didn't happen much for the first two, but this is the most drastic change they've done yet. I love it. It'll be fun to play with Jesus Mode, VVVVV Mode, and every other potion you can craft. This Alchemy stuff is gonna be the best thing to happen to Terraria since its release.

Heh, nice. XD And is that a golden chest I spot? EDIT: On a minor note, torches don't work under water. Have to use glowsticks for that. Also mud now seems to act like a fickle sand, as in sometimes it will drop like sand and other times it'll act like other blocks.

Yeah. There are golden chests in caves now. They seem to contain more treasure than regular ones. I'm noticing at least 1 alchemy potion per gold chest.

www.terrariaonline.com/threads/1-0-6-progress-part-2.40415/1.0.6 info. It seems widely to be an inventory overhaul, but there are a lot of other improvements too, such as making magic and projectile weaponry more viable. Health and Mana Regen alterations, a Health Potion nerf. Dungeons have a lot more things added. Also it seems Golden Chests will be locked now. Whether or not we'll need Dudde Co. Golden Chest Keys to open them is still unknown.

Why the hell can't Steam use the actual Paypal site? It's just asking my Dad to input his information, and he doesn't trust it although it's obviously safe
