Wondering if anyone else here plays this.
For those curious, it is basically a light-simulator/arcade tank shooter.
There are dozens of 5 different types of AFVs from 4 different nations ranging from pre-WW2 to the early 1950's, with most of them having their own abilities and quirks. Battles usually take place between two teams of 15 on numerous varying maps; each map with different ways to fight in and each team setup always being different than the last, often making for a variety of different strategies (as much as you can get in a game without TS/Vent-ing anyways) and no two battles being the same.
The controls are nothing new, WASD for movement and mouse for aiming. However, each vehicle and their turret(if present) can turn only so fast; so you can't just spin around and shoot where you want, you have to work with what your vehicle can do.
The game also features pretty nice armor models/tracking, as each vehicle has different armor values on different parts/sections. So with a little know how even the toughest armored tanks are rarely impenetrable, or sometimes even your own tank can be made into such for your enemy with proper angling.
That's about all I can think to say without rambling, so I'll just leave a link to the site (or you can just click one of the ads that seem to have popped up like crazy the past month or so): worldoftanks.eu/ (just replace the eu with com if you want the NA servers)
Also for anyone who cares, my ingame name is Meroka on the EU servers.
