From tennis to ping pong to martial arts, there are many athletic ways to build physical and mental strength. Which ones are your favourite?
My two favourite sports are hockey and basketball. The emphasis on stickhandling, speed and toughness that exists in hockey makes it a good all-around workout for me, and I enjoy the passion of most of the people who play it. Basketball meanwhile is also a good way to test and boost strength and especially concentration. In floor and road hockey I traditionally play as an offensive defenseman or goaltender, and in basketball as a shooting guard, taking most of my shots from a distance.
Which sports do you like most, and why? Would you recommend to others to try them out? Personally I would suggest anyone interested in hockey and basketball who has access to the equipment should definitely try them out if they already do not.

I love juggling and before you say its not a sport, I give you the World Juggling Federation www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q7x_OHcbvXM. They've created a new game called Combat Juggling. It's the most amazing thing ever. There are lots of variations on the game, Kill the King, 360s combat, Sumo Combat, and my favourite, Zombie Combat. I'll explain them more if anyone is interested. I've played like once, since not many people juggle and even less juggle clubs, but it was really fun. I also enjoy ping pong and dodgeball. so pretty much all the sports that are on ESPN8 The more common sports can be tolerated, but there are two main things that ruin watching common sports like baseball and football and such. The fans, and the waiting. It takes SO LONG for things to happen and theres so much time with people just standing around. Basketball and Soccer are a bit better but still I dont have the attention span to watch them. Then the fans are usually annoying as hell and I don't feel like dealing with them or choosing sides. I just wish that things like combat juggling and ping pong and such recieved more attention, they'd get better angle shots, and more competition so we could see some really awesome gameplay, but who knows, maybe making them mainstream would ruin those games as well?

Mixed Martial Arts. I like playing a few others, but I can't watch any other sport.
