It's probably just to make him funnier. Having a psycho in the mix often helps.
Brendan is stupid, May is moody, and Wally is crazy. Between them, anything can happen!

rayquaza has taken over wally's mind, wally is in debt to him because he saved is life now rayquaza will destroy groudon and kyogre, but brendan will catch groudon and may will catch kyogre so it'll be a giant 2 on 1 battle at sottopolis and brendan will do something so stupid it'll save the world

Dunsparce never said it was Scott so I have no idea what rumor you are refering to. Diamond and Pearl, dummy. Answer me this, mjc, is the person who was looking at Brendan and Rocky when Rocky revealed he could talk someone that has been in the comic at all so far. He has been in the comic. Specifically, this comic. its the organiztaion wally's with team earth or something(earth IS green) he's planning on getting may and brendan in a trap and being imprisoned until the talk and look the guy says, TEST SUBJECT but team magma and aqua changed him so he must be in charge of them |
