Hey DC maybe you could design team Aero Costumes for each of us? (sorry I know I'm just being lazy and don't want to make my own, plus the one I did make like I said made me look like a green Fire Man)

ok so this is what I've come up with nothing fancy just pointy A's I did three vesion's of it and I'm not fully satisfide with any of them, I'm not sure what to do on them so gimme a sugestion or two if you could.

I like the 2nd and last...but can't decide what I like more...although if we wanna keep to the theme of Aqua and Magma, we need something that symbolizes our guardian better...a letter probably wouldn't work. A symbol would be more effective...something to represent Rayquaza or the Sky.

if youve notists the outfits that the criminal teams wear resemble the ancient pokemon they want to catch and control so try making the aero outfit resemble rayquaza.

A volcano does not completely represent Groudon and an Anchor does not completely represent Kyogre...
Sky is a better fit than the actual Pokemon.

EDIT: I decided to have a crack at it, using Rick's "A's" as templates, and came up with this:

There are yellow things inside because it suits Rayquaza's yellow stripes....?
