What's up with wally, you ask? Well, in comic 457, may 15th 2006, a creepy voice was talking to wally. In comic 599, There were people in green cloths with green text. Could Wally be in contact with this group?

Other than the fact that his mother probably caused some psychological damage to Wally at a young age, Fridays comic shows that Brendan MAYBE is rubbing off on Wally.

In any case, it's another unanswered question for now due to the comic being put on hiatus. Until school ends, it will dog everybody until we become insane for not having enough details.

Dear people of Pokemon X forums... I have a theory. And I think it's a good one, so this might count as a spoiler. BE WARNED.
Remember when Wally told us in a flashback how he fell from mr. Briney's boat during a storm? The pokemon he encountered was Rayquaza, obviously. Wally passed out -> Rayquaza went inside his braaainn. Or is at least controlling him/talking to him through telepathy.
"Thou should not concern thyself with those worthless humans, we do not need them for our ultimate plan."
This tells us that the thing inside Wally's head things humans are low and worthless creatures, so the thing is not a human itself. And what color is the speech bubble when this mysterious voice speaks inside Wally's head? DUN-DUN-DUN, GREEN. And dun-dun-dun Rayquaza is ALSO green!
But what is their ultimate plan? I would guess it's some kind of world domination, as something like that is what Groudon and Kyogre are also trying to do... Well, as soon as they are awakened, of course. Or Rayquaza could be trying to prevent those two from awakening&fighting and destroying everything in the process. But I think that's less likely, since Ray seems to be another evil force(judging from the way h- err, it, speaks).
And finally, the green-clothed weirdos that are spying our heroes. I think they're the Rayquaza-version of Team Aqua(Kyogre) and Team Magma(Groudon).
