I think we all know what's going to happen in this Storyline, Brendan's going to go into the Gym.. he's going to take on the trainers, and he's going to defeat Brawly and get a badge and someday RULE THE WORLD, but it's still worth checking out how Brendan's going to defeat each trainer, with what pokémon and what everyone says along the way!

I hope that Rocky's Random can produce a flying move, or Brendan will be in it deep. Or maybe I just found it hard to win without a flying type or at least a flying type move.

Like I have mentioned so many times in the past, I can't wait to here the logic behind the lights in the gym.

Can you really blame it that even the mightiest stallions go numb after too constant a gallop? But seriously. Light Switches wouldn't be too far fetched I suppose theres always each trainer attaching a tiny light 'badge' or something to Brendan upon his victory which would thus cause the area around him to light-up more as they accumulate, and it would fit the theme of the reward, but we'll have to wait till *calculates* November to find out for sure I kid on the calculation, mj; put that nuke down

Too late VMa*, the nuke has already been launched. You're hosed.
And the gym will probably be different in the comic anyway. Instead of the circle of vision the game gives you, I bet Recon will just have the lights be really dim and they get brighter after every win. It would simply make sense that way, because if the lights start really dim, Brendan won't be able to see very far in front of him, but as it gets brighter, he'll be able to see more.
* You don't type the last letter of my name, I don't type the last letter of yours.

Way to go Recon, you have managed to explain one part of the light system of the Dewford gym.
