The voice referd to it's self as "we" so it ment both it'self and Wally it even said "thou" meaning it was talking to Wally, the text bubble is green, while that could mean a lot of things I'm just going for the first most likely target. still it's just a thought I'm not saying it's abslolute, for one it aint my story, it's Recon's, for another I could easily be wrong in multipule ways. it's just my thought...
