Wow. I read through this on an attempt to find some intelligent discussion about the storyline, and its already on page 4 because of a billion stupid little flame wars. I've seen several instances in here where it looks like someone has nitpicked another persons post just to find something to flame them about. Just because people made a few mistakes and have different opinions doesn't mean that you have to jump all over them. The only reason you don't understand it is that you haven't seen what has happened in other threads. Believe me, mjc is a really nice guy as long as you don't: •Insult him for real (as in, not joking around but really insulting him) •Butt in to his flamewars when he hasn't said anything about you •Say anything bad, for real, about people he likes •Spam the forum •Most of all, disrespect Recon and/or his comic If you do none of those things, you'll find that it is really easy to get along with him. Also, everyone who he is currently having disputes with did one of those five things mentioned |

And May contradicted her own terms. She said the Pokémon they started out with. However, she started out with Mudkip and Zigzagoon, whereas Brendan started out with Torchic and Rocky. Therefore Brendan cannot satisfy her terms. Furthermore, May's exclusion of Rocky shows how unskilled she is as a trainer. She's really no better than the people who won't fight you if you use legendaries. News flash: legendaries have weaknesses too. Stop excluding Mewtwo and Kyogre (or in this case, Rocky) just because you lack the skill to beat them. And Wally still can't find an Oddish.  |

Actually, May just meant the starters, Torchic and Mudkip, who are now Combusken and Marshtomp, not the pokémon they aquired after they got their first pokémon.
P.S. - I've deleted all the flaming and off topic posts in this topic, please stop spamming, and please stop looking for reasons to insult other members, everyone be nice to each other, despite how stupid you think the person is, I'm going to start handing out suspensions if I feel I need to.

I hear you, mjc. The only thing I really hated about netbattle was that people wouldn't accept challenges if you had legendaries. They even had a feature that would block any challenge from someone who had legendaries on their team. What's worse was that Smogon (the site that created net battle) considers wobbuffets and slakings to be ubers.

(for Recon) - No one is looking for reasons to flame anyone. They keep ramming us like an idiot driving on the wrong side of the road and hitting your car. And everyone makes a mistake. I apparently made one because i pointed out a typo wich i shouldnt have according to mjc0961. Wich he apparently just said but i'm not gonna look all over the forum. Perhaps i'm lazy, perhaps because they make a bug into an elephant.

ok i think i got the matchup
Brendan VS May
Brendan's pokemon for battle: Combusken and Dustox
May's Pokemon for battle: Marshtomp and Zigzagoon.
Brendan's dustox will fall to zigzagoon, Combusken will come out and demolish Zigzagoon. Marshtomp comes out, Combusken is getting beat so Rocky uses his "pyschic" powers to help Combusken win by powering up his attacks(like what rocky did with treecko a long time ago)
if im right, i'm pyschic...

Also, when you are referring to yourself, you are supposed to capitalize your "I"'s. |
