Battle effect: May induce Confusion. Secondary effect: May induce CONFUSION. It works, because now I'm confused as to why they listed it twice and wrote it in caps the second time. Furthermore, how can Fog Clear lower the opponent's evasiveness if there isn't any fog to clear in the first place? Maybe it could be used to clear out the effects of attacks like Mist or Smokescreen, but to just lower evasiveness? That's stupid. |

Maybe it's not clearing the fog. Maybe it is heightening your pokemon's sense of sight. But that would increase the user's accuracy, not lower foe's evasiveness. I don't know. I'm going to go climb some rocks.
