Mine are: BLAZIKEN 1.-Flame Thrower 2.-Return 3.-High Jump-kick or Arial ace 4.-Blaze Kick Rayquaza 1.-Dragon Rage 2.-Max Speed 3.-(an attack that is consecutive for 3 turns and then you become confuse)I don't remember the name 4.-Hyper Beam Charizard 1.-Iron Tale 2.-Dig 3.-Sismic Toss Dragon Rage Groudon 1.-Thunder 2.-Earthquake 3.-Overheat 4.-One that is name "Corpulencia" in spanish Blaziken- two fire attacks? Ew. Rayquaza- Dragon Rage? Outrage? Two dragon attacks = ew, hyper beam = ew. Charizard- IRON TAIL?? DIG??!! DRAGON RAGE?!!!! SEISMIC TOSS???!!!! 1- Dragon Rage and seismic toss are both set damage moves. Ew. 2) Iron Til has low power and low accuracy. Ew. 3) If want a dig-esque attack go with fly for the STAB Groudon- Corpulencia...I hope you mean Solarbeam or something. And thunder is the worst possible move to put on a groudon. It's accuracy is halved in bright sunlight....

Dig isn't that bad for Charizard because, since he is flying, he still can't be hurt my magnitude or earthquake. But yea that team sucks.

Maybe...but why give Charizard Dig when he can learn Earthquake? Admittedly, out of the evolutions only Charizard can learn Earthquake, but still I would have replaced Dig with Earthquake if I wanted Charizard to have a Ground-type attack. The real confusing part is...why doesn't Charizard have any Fire-type attacks?

Meh... I like the Charizard combo I've been using for a while now
Outrage (dragon type) Flamethrower (Fire) Metal Claw (Steel) Slash (normal)
I'm sure there are better combos out there, but this one gets me through fights quite well. However, I tend to enjoy breeding moves as well so I don't know if that charmander ever had "normal" stats or Dragonite's stats.

Doeasn't anybody have anything to say about MY team? Your team was pretty good except for Jolteon, everyone knows that all you need to beat that strategy is a halfway decent pokemon that has a recovery move. Overheat also, I'd replace w/Fire Blast. I'd replace Outrage w/Dragon Claw - Flamethrower w/either Heat Wave, Fire Blast, or Blast Burn - and Metal Claw w/Steal wing or Iorn tail. Unless this is for Gold/Silver in that case it's ok (except for Metal Claw).

Flamethrower w/ Blast Burn Yeah, that's a fricking stupid idea. Blast Burn does 150 base damage, but you waste a turn recharging. So, you can do two Flamethrowers and get a total of 190 base damage out, or one Blast Burn for 150. Hmm. I'll take Flamethrower, please.

Well he also has the option of Heat wave or fire blast which you didn't include in your quote.
Also Blast burn has a better chance for a one hit KO.

Gah it's been a while. As for the question, yeah that's my in game Charizard. I use Flamethrower because I like my attacks to hit 100% of the time. A 90 for damage is pretty respectable for a pokemon that always get 1.5 power up for being the same type. Heat Wave is the same thing...100 dmg for 90% accuracy. I use accuracy attacks to others, As for Dragon claw...I prefer Outrage because the attack gets more than hit per single use of the move. Dragon Claw might be good, but if you're not looking to use TM's Outrage does really well and the berry makes this combo pretty good. Not to mention Dragon claw has an attack of 80 and Outrage has a 90.

An extra ten power doesn't make that much difference. Also the problem w/ outrage isn't that your guy is confused, it's that he is stuck doing it for 3 turns. I just think if a move makes you do something for two or more turns it should either be extremely powerful or do some added effect to the opponent.
