There's data for the Mysterious type (both normal and shiny sprites), but the only way to get a Mysterious Arceus is through hacking. They probably put the data in so the game doesn't crash if someone does hack.

He also has the highest base stat total of all pokemon (obviusly being the "god" of pokemon) ie. 720 (120 in each stat).

I think you have to know how to hack the game to get it. It is neutral resistance to everything ad whilst no pokemon have this type without cheating it is the type that eggs (both bad and normal) are classed as from generation 2 until generation 4.
