My sprites and a town

[glow=red,2,300]These are my first sprites so tell me what I culd do to make them better.[/glow]
The first is Amber town:

This thread would be better suited to the sprites section.

Town: Resize the pokemon. (They're bigger than the kid!)
Also, Arceus is really pixely and that needs to be fixed.

Frotar: Zoom out a little, it's too close and pixely.

Revamp: Did you change the shading, it doesn't look like it.
Recolour=/=Revamp. You need to change shading for it to be revamped.

Of course, you could have changed shading, I can't tell because it's too close up.

Same goes for the devamps.
