I agree with Nikito. The Pokemon talking adds a new dimension to the comic.

Can any pokemon talk to humans like Rocky? Or do they, as I suspect, talk in their own world.

Pokemon talk in their own languange. So only other pokemon can understand them. Anyway, any word bubbles in color are pokemon talking. Plain black and white bubbles are human talking.

Sorry about double posting, but page 7 is up. This chapter is simply to give background info about what Crimson, Wood, and Indigo are doing to help Prof. Oak. Next chapter will be more interesting, hopefully.

This is interesting. I particularly liked Natu's short scene - Pokemon remembering things is good. Keep it up, Rapter.

Do you guys know what this is? It's the last page of Chapter 1, The Boring Introduction. You might have noticed that I've decided to add more boxes to the pages. This will be the defauft amount from now on, unless you guys find it hard to read. If you do, tell me and I'll go back to the way it was before.

"You do stand-up comedy?" "I wish I could, sadly I can't stand up."
Probably the best joke of the chapter, Rapter. Good job on the comic so far.

So does the comic revolve around Crimson or will it follow all of the Trainers?

Crimson is the main character, but the other two will return every now and than. Also, I'm not sure if I told you guys this, but the movesets I'm gonna use for the Pokemon are the Gen 4 movesets. Edit- 2G told me about a site called ComicFury and well... rapter.thecomicseries.com/ Check it out. I must say I do like it.

Excellent start to the chapter, Rapter. I found the Nurse-Cheer-speaking-with-flashlight panel hilarious.

Nurse Cheer? Cool.
I think I know what the monster is, but I won't say it in case I'm wrong.
Not a bad comic. I just wonder why ALMOST EVERY FRIGGIN' POKÉMON SPRITE COMIC takes place in Kanto. Oh well.

Kanto is my favorite region and it's the easiest region to use in a sprite comic, along with Hoenn. Johto and Shinnoh overworld graphics don't match up with the Gen. 3 sprites that I'm using.
