I was playing Pokemon Emerald but then I noticed a Pikachu in the PokeCenter so that made me think of Brendan and a perfect time to explain his fear

Hmm... I don't remember seeing a Pikachu in Lilycove's Pokémon Center.

Anyway, a long time ago I e-mailed Recon (that was before I had even joined the Forums) and suggested that he would make Brendan visit that one lady in Verdanturf who can tell how much your pokémon like you. That lady has a Pikachu, so I wanted to see how Brendan would react, but Recon said that he doesn't want Brendan to encounter a Pikachu yet. He said that he has a really funny plan for when that happens.

So let's not suggest any more Pikachu encounters. Recon has a plan.

Only once when Brendan talked to his mom about becoming a pokemon trainer so far but if he goes in the safari zone he might find one and freak out wait this Pikachu problem might relate to his fear of tall grass.
