Has anybody seen either one of these?
Super Size Me is about Mr. Spurlock eating nothing but McDonalds for a month and documents the results and impact on his health.
Fat Head pretty much debunks the first film, as well as several modern dieting rituals.
I just wanted to see what others thought and if they changed their diets as a result of either one of these.

When I was young and had to see a doctor twice a week, we'd always go from the doctor's office to Burger King to my karate, since there wasn't enough time to go home first.
I have never been obese, out of shape, or fat. You know why? Because, despite large caloric intake, I excised. Ergo, no overweightness.

I watched "Super Size Me" a couple of years ago. It was interesting, but not enough to turn me off McDonald's. Is "Fat Head" done by the same guy? I should rent it if so.
I never really needed to change my diet. Up until my leg fecked up I was involved in running so I was fit. Now six years later I'm still lean though. I have a metabolism like a lightning bolt. Despite sitting down for most of the day and eating junk food I'm still underweight. vOv
Needless to say, everyone is jealous of me.

I'm quite fat, even though I doubt I'm overweight. I hardly exercise at all, and just today I and Comnurmi ate a chocolate bar each, a bag of chips and a few puddings. I can't help eating junk food, but I make sure that I don't eat it too often.
My sister is a lot like you, Cabinet. She eats just as much sugar and fat as I do, and somehow she keeps slim. Lucky bitch.

I saw Super Size Me when I was in health class. I thought it was a pretty good movie. I didn't change my eating habits though, I'm skinny enough as it is.
