Ramadan is this month, and after almost four days of 16-hour fasts, I've come to really appreciate how tasty some foods and drinks are. In this thread, list your favourites. For me... FoodPancakes - Always loved them. Always. Chicken - My favourite meat... Poor birdies, why do they taste so good? Feta Cheese - Food ecstasy. Saffron - See above. Cucumber - Favourite vegetable. Cool, crisp, crunchy, refreshing. Orange - MAKES ME SO DAMN HYPER WITHOUT GIVING ME CLOGGGGGED ARTERIESSSSS! DrinksWater - Yeah. Really refreshing. Plain, I know, but I find it recharges me almost immediately. Orange Juice - NATTTTTURAL SUUUUUUGARRRRR. I hate bastardizations like Sunny D, though. Like it natural, pulp or no pulp. Root Beer - Liquid ecstasy for me. Nice bite, great rush. Gingerale - Substitute for root beer when I feel like a soothing drink. Chocolate Milk - If only it wasn't so tasty that it makes me drink the whole carton so fast...

I'm just going to list what I would have as a perfect meal plan for a day.
Breakfast- Chocolate Chip Cookies and Milk (Or Pancakes with bacon, maple syrup and butter if I feel particularly hungry.)
Lunch- Juicy Juice (Preferably white grape) and a Nutella sandwich on Italian bread.
A banana and something chocolate-y for a snack.
Dinner- Salted cod in a thick lemon sauce with a glass of Sprite and a big piece of fresh Ciabatta baked with extra olive oil.
Dessert- Chocolate-filled wafer rolls with some Chocolate Milk.

You picked a poor time to convert VF, you really went into the deep end there!
Related to the topic at hand: I'm not a big eater. I do know what I like though.
Food
My favorite meal would be Chicken Parm (Just with chicken breast. Not breaded chicken.) with tagliatelle pasta. I normally don't like chicken that isn't breaded. But the chicken and the sauce just go so well together. The pasta adds to the taste sensation.
I eat watercress like a rabbit too. I don't get it that often though; it's pretty hard to come by. When I see it lying in a shop I pick up as much as I can buy and gorge on it for a few days.
Those are my occasional treats though. I mostly eat a load of pizza and noodles. Quick, easy to make and filling.
Drink
Coke, coke and more coke. Failing that, water. That is all I drink really.

Coke, coke and more coke. Me, I like rice and pasta. I could eat rice for every meal every day, and I know college will be easy with all the ramen I will live off. Drink wise, mostly Dr. Pepper (he has a PhD in tatse) or some good old apple juice.

Cabinet, I would call it a baptism by fire, but Muslims don't baptise.

I'm a big eater, so naturally I have many favorite foods and drinks. FoodI love almost any kind of meat. Meat is just so good. I also like chicken and fish, but I don't eat them as often. Everyone loves pizza, right? Well, so do I. As a Finn, I have to love bread or I'll go to jail. It's the law. (No, not really.) I eat stews and soups pretty happily. Actually, I eat stews every week now, since I live by myself and they're so easy to make - I just have to heat them. Potatoes are something we Finns eat often, although I eat them a lot less these days - My mother used to boil potatoes at least three times a week. I like pasta, although I don't like it too fancy with too many strange ingredients. I make spaghetti every now and then. Hamburgers are good. I usually buy three at a time. They make great snacks. And whenever I go to Hesburger, I always take fries too. I love fried eggs. It was the first food I ever learned to make. I'm not a big fan of vegetables or fruits, to be honest, but whenever I go shopping, I buy apples, bananas, cucumber, tomatoes, and occasionally salad and rarely oranges, mandarines or kiwis. I love plums, but for some reason I haven't bought them yet. Strawberries are also very tasty. And when it comes to goodies, I eat anything. Candy, ice cream, chips, cookies, chocolate, cake, buns, popcorn, pudding, etc. etc. DrinksWater, milk, soda (mostly Coke), tea, hot chocolate, juice. What else? Oh yeah, alcohol, but I don't drink that often.

I love food! It's really too bad that I am always forgetting to eat, damn computer "Let me just check this one thing and I'll go make some breakfast" *12 hours later* "Time for Dinner!!"
But when I do remember to eat I eat very plainly, it's pretty bad, I love Spaghetti and Meatballs with tomato sause (but you have to strain it first so there's no chunks), Fruits (plums, strawberries, bananas, apples, pears, watermelon, grapes, etc), Quesadillas, put some chicken and cheese on a tortilla and cook for 5 minutes, Shepard's pie (only meat and mashed potatoes though, i don't like the vegetables mixing in) Corn's pretty good cookies (it feels like every tooth in my mouth has a cavity when i eat sugar, but cookies are worth the pain) completely plain chocolate cake, nothing inside nothing on top I suppose a burger and fries can be pretty amazing when cooked correctly as well.
i was gonna list food i dislike as well, but that not the point of the thread

Speaking of burgers and fries, that's what I'm having for my last breakfast in America. I would joke about it but it tastes so good

My favourite meal plan for a day would be-
Breakfast: Oatmeal (I always eat oatmeal for breakfast) with brown sugar and cinnamon, and a glass of cranberry juice or strawberry soy milk.
Lunch: Tempeh sandwich (Coconut curry tempeh, tempeh bacon, lettuce, my personal sauce, havarti cheese) and anything to drink.
Dinner: Pesto pasta (Homemade pesto, any type of pasta, chili peppers), garlic bread, glass of white wine
Dessert: Chocolate mousse
Also, i'm vegetarian so thats why none of the meals involve meat, and btw tempeh is a soy based meat substitute.
