Something Bothering Me

I don't think that recent comics parody the games anywhere near enough. It started out hilarious with the 'How the hell did this truck drive to an island' then before you know it, this 'wild pokemon are teleported away by some organisation that was never in the games'
and even more puzzling
'Let's use two pokemon in this battle'
Why would you use that staple of the Anime? The anime was lame and recently, boring as hell. The games were a gold-mine of weird dialogue and strange concepts "Let's imprison a living creature in a ball, only letting it out to attack other living things'
--If parodied well, this could be incredibly funny.
I have one way to make at least one battle easy very unboring
Brendan: Let's use three pokemon
Opponent: Huh? Let's just battle then.
--Three opponents KOd later
Brendan: Hah hah I win!
Opponent: Go Geodude (yes, he was chosen to make it even funnier)
Brendan: What the hell are you doing, you're cheating you can't do that etc.
Opponent: What on earth are you talking about. I have five pokemon in my party, the rules say I can use them all if I want.
Brendan: *brain implodes* bu- bu- no. they. don't...
Pokedex: Uhhh...he right

This dialogue was improvised just now, and obviously in a comic it would be much better thought out, but it serves my purpose.

I have them decide how many they'll use.. not because of the animé.. but because it's only fair... you can't have a decent battle if one person only has one pokémon.. and the other has 6.. and he gets to use all six.. that's one thing I never really liked about the game...

and if you're going to give an example of "better comic dialog" you should think it through not improvise, unless you're the king of improv that is, and well if you are then the Kingdom Improvia is doomed >>

ALSO! If you want to see a "better" parody comic of the games that's all parody all the time, then go make it yerself and stop buggin Recon to do it for you! obviously what he's doing's been working out for him so let it be...

shouldn't stuff like this be in Idea's and suggestions anyway?

Wow... i love how he has only posted 2 times.... and his 2nd post is telling Recon how to run his comics... (I can't really talk about being new, seeing as I'm new myself.... but i'm just throwing that out there... Plus, i think it's fine how Recon does it...)

Pebble Version just steals from Recon. So, if Recon started stealing from Pebble Version, it'd create a paradox that shall rip the universe at the seams!
