Seeing as it's an electric gym and Brendan isn't totally dumb (Rocky adds +10 circumstance bonus to Int, for a total of 12), my guess is that it's an newly-acquired Grass type.

That's what I guessed earlier, but as it's "newly acquired" it's probably not too good and won't do so hot.

it wouldn't be a newly aquired pokemon again Recon already did that once and I can't see him repeating himself already. The fact that recon keeps mentioning it is to make you think its important

Wow Rocky finally lost! But I wanted Rocky to do the Super Mighty Move before he fainted.

I've been waiting for this day to come >:}
I always wondered how Rocky's faint would be treated, after all. No pokeball for him to retreat into and whatnot.

Brendan might use a revival on Rocky but I don't think they sell revivals in Mauville City. I wonder what is Brendans next pokemon going to be.

no I'm still thinking he is going to use Revive he just has to use a pokemon first. Or maybe Brendan is destened to lose but then Wattson will give him the badge anyway like the crappy anime.

Alllllright!~ ;D
Using Water against Electricity... That's just as good as using Water against Grass - Water wins each time!
Now this is a strategy I can get behind.

Well, I'm looking at wingull's moveset and I can't see anything that would work. Recon, I can't wait to see this one.
