Situation: Its a 2 on 2 battle, i have claydoll and milotic vs claydoll. Thier claydoll has leftovers, likes to doubleteam a lot and uses cosmic power aswell i have just spent the last 2 hours trying to kill it, i've had it redlined 3 times now but then i go and miss 10 times so its leftovers heal it up, and its struggle dosnt do enough damage for its leftovers to be unable to heal it, but my milotic is taking about 1 or 2 damage a round now its down to struggle The battle is still going on (though i've no chance) Ugh, this sucks. *just wanted to vent*

Because i did switch a few times? neither of my pokes could hit with enough consistency or damage after him powering up for me to kill him. I would get 4 or 5 hits in, redlining him and then proceed to miss 10x so that his leftovers heal him up fully

Even if you do switch out, It still does not change the matter that your opponents pokemons evasive is still high. The only idea that I would have for that kind of battle. Get lots of X accuracy's or teach your pokemon swift, faint attack, or airial ace. Which hit the pokemon even with accuracy problems. I had that situation before. So I decided how I could change the outcome later on. my battle was my Blaziken vs. Chansey. I hate it's high HP. very innoying >_<

I like Chancey's high hp. It helped me win the little cup in stadium 2

Its a no item tournament battle, and faint attack etc for a battle that would not likley repeat would compromise my moveset >_> Reading helps, doucheshn. He said he's not changing his moveset. Anyway, there's really nothing you can do. Accept the loss and start over at the beginning of the tournament. Something like your situation happened to me in the Battle Tower in Sapphire once, and I had two choices: screw up my movesets, or just start over. Either way, the battle is lost, so just start over and hope it doesn't happen again.
