I didn't know you lived in BC, Venomfrog. I was born there. British Columbia has always been my residence. I love the province, though I disagree with its motto: "The Best Place on Earth". On the subject of Christmas, this will be the first time it occurs in my current residence, an apartment near the Fraser River (the main artery of BC). It will thus be a new, fun experience. There are more lights (Christmas and yearlong) than in my previous residence.

When I woke up this morning, there was snow on the ground. A good amount, but not too much, making it scenic but not dangerous (the best snow there can exist). This is good for the holiday mood, provided the snow sticks. I walked through it today for an hour and it felt like I was in a different world. The only thing I dislike about the season right now is the fact that about half of the music played in shops is annoying.

We've had snow a few times here, but it has always melted. But there's still time for a good blizzard to come before Christmas.

There is a mini-blizzard outside of my apartment right now, so there will likely be no melting anytime soon.
I hope it stops, though. I have to walk through that for an hour just to buy groceries.
