www.terrariaonline.com/threads/1-0-5-this-is-some-kind-of-voodoo.31611/www.youtube.com/watch?v=w1EgEnivvkYIn case you're lazy, I'll summarize. -Hardcore mode. When you die in the game, you die...in the game...forever. Permadeath basically. -Alchemy expansion. Make lots of potions. From what I've seen so far there are potions that detect all enemies on screen, even if they're hidden by shadow. Potions that detect all treasure/ore that show pots, chests, and ore on screen, even if they're hidden by shadow. GLOW IN THE DARK POTION, WALK ON WATER LIKE JESUS POTION, and ANTIGRAV POTION. -A few monster changes. Flying enemies no longer enter water, Slimes float in it. Some sort of weird gargoyle thing is gonna be added. -New items! There seems to now be a new weapon type, Spears. They act like Short Swords but have a lot more range and thrust out towards the direction of your mouse. The one in the video is called Dark Lance. A new spell called Dark Scythe, which creates dark blades that stall in the air for a moment before flying at where you aimed it. New kind of arrows called Helfire Arrows that create light and explode when they hit something dealing Explosive Damage(Think Grenades) to EVERYTHING around it. Yourself and your allies included. A new kind of rocket boot that spews blue fire and doesn't seem to drain mana!

In the twilight hours, a DRUIDIC CASTER creates an OMINOUS ALTAR. One may wonder for what purpose he did such a thing. The answer of course, was to fight a NINJA encased in SLIME. Or a SLIME encasing a NINJA. Is there even a difference?!

Michael Jackson the Experience for DS had the best AP of any game ever.
When you try to play Billie Jean(The first song you get) the game freezes and Vuvuzelas play over the music. I laughed so hard when it happened to me. Then I patched it. And played it. And it was terrible. Someone needs to make an Ouendan/EBA clone that doesn't suck.
Oh, that reminds me, Square Enix's DS games also have a lot of pretty silly AP.
In Chrono Trigger DS ANY TIME you enter a time gate, you'll see that trippy time traveling wormhole thing but you never leave. Ever.
In FF Crystal Chronicles RoF, the game will abruptly enter a screen that says THANK YOU FOR PLAYING forcing you to reset.
In Dragon Quest V you get on a Boat. And stay there. It just drifts in the sea. Forever.

Rabbits and Goldfish. Two passive mobs. They both turn Corrupt when sprinkled with Vile Powder OR during a Blood Moon. Also you are forgetting the fact that we HAVE A WHOLE NEW TERRAIN. There is now a second jungle that grows in a more sane location.(The surface) Also none of you will ever be as Suave as me.

Eh, not really. However, if someone else wants to pick it up, I'm perfectly okay with it.

You have to actually see it in action. It's witchcraft. The web browser steals the SOUL of the webpage and takes it into the controller.
It also provides interesting situations where one player has a different perspective than the others. Like one of the tech demos involves people using a regular wii remote to control ground tanks. The Wii U controller player, however, plays a plane and is trying to bomb those tanks.
The tanks are viewed on the television screen, and the plane's perspective is being viewed by the Wii U controller.

So I was playing on my friend's server, and wanted some corruption seeds so I made a Suspicious Eye. Night comes and I hover over it to use it when...
EYE OF CTHULHU HAS AWOKEN
I figure my friend magically read my mind or something and summoned it while he was off screen but whatever, it was convenient for me anyway so we kill it. I go back to building my floating corruption island, and scroll to Dirt on my hotbar when...
EYE OF CTHULHU HAS AWOKEN
My friend did not use the Eye. Neither did I. We killed it again and we were both really confused. Then I had a hunch about something.
I scroll through my hotbar until I land on Suspicious Eye...
EYE OF CTHULHU HAS AWOKEN
We kill him again. My friend is still confused, but I understand now. I hover over Suspicious Eye again.
EYE OF CTHULHU HAS AWOKEN
Once again we kill it easily. I then tell him why it's happening.
Bosses are getting summoned simply by SELECTING the summoning item in the hotbar now. And they aren't consumed either.
Already tested this with Worm Food. It happens there too, but you need to be in Corruption of course.

Hmmm, I can't seem to join your server now. Also it asks me to enter a port? I just went with the default.
