This is a tough thing to judge... my main thought on this is I'm not just gonna give it to someone for making my eye's bleed out of my head... I want something that's not just bad but amusing as well, and looks like their was some "effort" put into it's horribleness.

I'm looking for very imaginative comics, as in the comic maker was creative in finding ways to make it look horible and funny
but you have to put an effort into it

Lol, I don't have a cabinet full of ribbons. But in my pokémon games I have lots of Ribbons.

I'm gonna rate them out of 100(100 being the worst possible), because it's easier than o, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5.
Ok, lets start off with Panda. You used a good selection of typos, rubbish effects, and horrible site resizes. The panels overlapped, the bitmixing was awful, and the colours made my eyes bleed. I'll give this a 68/100 for truly awfulness.
Next, Abiesra. The comic was too big alltogether, the typos were awful, stretched sprites, crappy colours, and even random squiggles across the page. But the two things that were truly atrocious about this page was firstly, the arrows that pointed to the sequence of the comic, and secondly, the awfully drawn pikachu that looked like it had something up its bum. I'm going to give this 74/100.
Thirdly, Shadane. What an awful page! Horrible background, hand drawn panels, arrows showing the order of the panels, terrible order of the panels, sprites still with their backgrounds, distorted sprites, reshaped sprites, truly atrocious battle effects, a lackluster storyline and a horrible use of the paint spray paint. I'll give this a rubbish 87/100
Fourth, Chaoman45. Well, I didn't have a clue what was going on, so that's a start. Too much red is bad for the eyes, and the storyline was cliche. There were multiple typos, and a badly copied sound effect from Pokemon X. I think it was the fact that the backgrounds(when there was any) really were awful that gives you a 70/100.
Fifth, Seriousjupiter. Compared to the others, this wasn't as bad a page. I mean, the panels didn't look that bad and most of the sprites weren't resized or distorted. But, there were some rookie aspects to this. It was all in chatspeak, the water, grass, and ice effects left MUCH to be desired, half the speech is in bubbles, and half of it isn't, and there are 'lol's and 'zomg's mingling with the panels. But, as I said, it wasn't as awful as the others, so I'll have to give to 58/100.
Sixth, Abizaroo. The first thing that jumps out at me are the horrific borders. And the fact that it says 'first gen v third gen' already bodes badly for the rest of the comic, which indeed it was. This is why you don't bitmix, folks! The panels differed in size, and the whole thing was as distorted as who knows what. The pencil written comments around the comic are the worst I have ever seen, and the edited battle texts really are bordering on hellacious. The psychic interlude is pointless, the front pose of Gary gives me a headache, and I'm going to have to give you a 90/100 for crappyness.
Seventh, Gooman. Well, you didn't make enough panels to insert more crappyness into this page, but I think what you have here is pretty bad. The hand written speak, the smiley face, and the numbers panels are not nice to look at. But, for lack of it, I'll have to only give you a 42/100.
