Meh, I personally dont really like EV or IVtraining, but I don't really care if others do it. Of course, if I battle somebody and lose because they EV trained, I might be pretty pissed. ............................... wow. angry over Pokemon....  |

Of course, if I battle somebody and lose because they EV trained, I might be pretty pissed. Maxing out your IVs/EVs are pretty much the only way you're capable of overcoming my All Water Teams. When Pearl first introduced me to Wi-Fi, I was challenging cocky Gaians left and right, good trainers with good pokemon with good movesets. They'd be suspicious that I could create a realistically viable team of nothing but water pokemon, and I'd hand their butts back to them. I wouldn't wash over them effortlessly like a mighty typhoon, but I'd give them incredibly fun and challenging fights that I'd win a good 7 times out of 10. After a week of that, they came back with EVd-out mons, and there went the fun. Sure, I could've countered them by maxing out my own EVs or getting the proper competitive counter mons, but I didn't feel like turning my fun game into a numbers crunch. Those were the days, when victory was not decided by simply having better stats. That's what made it fun, taking my water babies and throwing them against their greatest weaknesses and still coming out on top. Just bumping up your stats to the max... Like you say, it's fine if other people do it That way. It's just not My bag. |

Yesterday I EV trained my Cinccino Pam.
She's not a very good battler, but I like her anyway. Her moves are Thunder Wave, Wake-Up Slap, U-Turn and Return.

Alright, guys I've a question for alls y'alls.
I have a brand new, unopened copy of Pokemon Black waiting back at home for me. I was hoping I could be out of Afghanistan before the 27th for the Victini event, but it's becoming increasingly clear that this will be impossible.
Ex-Wife is at home. Is it possible, in Pokemon Black and White, to activate the Mystery Gift and download the Liberty Ticket without having to start a new game? or do I have to have actually created a save file and reach a certain point in the game to be able to access Mystery Gift and grab the Liberty Ticket?

Yesterday I EV trained my Dwebble Shelly. Now she's a level 55 Crustle. Her moves are Shell Smash, Earthquake, X-Scissor and Rock Wrecker. I like her.

Hmm, anyone done the eeveelution game and gotten one from the Dream World? If so, is there something specific you're supposed to do to get it, 'cause I'm a bit lost on how to get mine from the Dream World....

Just heard that apparently have to wait for the promo to end before they appear in the Dream World for ya to grab... kinda annoying but meh. =/

I find it hilarious that you couldn't trade Cofagrigus online without changing it's name, due to it having "fag" in the name.
I think they finally changed the filter recently.
