Psychologist = Social Scientist Psychiatrist = Therapists, Shrinks, etc. Quite a big difference. Um, no. Psychologist = Therapist, shrink, social scientist
Psychiatrist = Proscribe medicine to deal with psychiatric disorders, thus need to go to med school, have residencies, plus additional training.Anyway, I'm hoping to follow my brother's footsteps and get a job at the local Wallgreens. One of the better places to work in retail, I hear. Cabinet's right, retail is terrible. I know! Be a waiter, they have nothing but wonderful times with all customers!

Waiting... I just hate how their entire income is pretty much determined by how much they get tipped. Low tips? Sub-minimum pay. High tips? Boss man reduces their paid wages for that time, since they /clearly/ don't need it.
What I really hate are tipped Baggers at some stores I frequent, since those stores don't pay their baggers At ALL and have them depend 100% on tips. The heck? No, YOU pay your employees. What I'm giving to them is a GRATUITY, an EXTRA THANKS for providing a great service. If You're not going to give them the human decency of paying them for the work they're doing, I'M not going to do it for you.

Game testing is supposed to be horrible. Playing games five/six days a week and getting paid for it sounds good on paper but you can burn out really, really easily unless you have OCD or just love repetition. The job doesn't pay much, doesn't offer any advancement and you won't be thanked for it. It's also all contract work. If you're lucky enough to actually get a job in QA you won't be in it for long. Contracts are done on a game by game basis. As soon as your contract is up, you're out. Simple as. The thing I learned in my life is. Do something you enjoy instead of something you don't enjoy. If you follow your dreams you'll end up higher or lower on a board. I close this message with "Life is like gambling, you take chances every day.
