I say drop return and get rock slide. Leach Seed can be enourmasly useful, even late in the game.

@ Daveshn: Ampharos does not really know any non-Electric move in case it needs to hit some Ground Pokemon. I guess Fire Punch first is best since I do wish to use Ampharos more often.
@ Gooman: That makes sense. I already have Ursaring's Strength for Normal offense (will replace with Body Slam once I get enough PP).
What I will probably do is research to see if Ampharos can get any other secondary move, and if not choose Fire Punch first, then farm for BP before swapping Breloom's Return for Rock Slide.
EDIT:
Since Dynamicpunch along with Thunder Wave allows for Ampharos to be a parafuser, even with Dynamicpunch's flimsy accuracy, I taught it that move, and will teach Breloom Rock Slide with the new BP. I will likely replace Dynamicpunch with Fire Punch when I can afford another tutoured move.

BP farming is essentially the same as EXP farming against the Elite Four: grinding and losing over and over again to raise enough BP for a new move.
